Sweet Potato Quinoa Patties

Mix together:
2-3 cups cooked quinoa
3 sm/med sweet potatoes
2 banana peppers
6 small habanero peppers
1/4 cup garbanzo bean or other gf flour
1/8 cup ground flax seed
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp sea salt

Bake sweet potatoes and peel. Chop peppers and mix all ingredients with cooked and drained quinoa, using flour to make a manageable consistency. Form into patties and grill or pan fry with olive oil until light brown, or bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden. Flip halfway through.
Freeze for later and just heat and eat!
