Drew’s Herbacious Cherry Tomato Pasta
I saw Drew Barrymore on the Ellen Degeneres show recently, and she made a delicious-looking pasta, made from fresh cherry tomatoes, white wine and herbs. I attempted to make it today but subbed a few ingredients.
Instead of onion salt, I used diced red onion, and I used fresh basil from our garden. I used chili powder instead of the paste she mentions, and used brown rice pasta to make this gluten free. I added a little nutritional yeast on top – and scarfed down one of the best pastas I’ve ever had! Let me know if you make this, and how much you liked it. 🙂
