Frozen Mango Lassi

Now serving at Starbucks! (Not….)

This recipe is super easy and delicious!

All you need is a blender and the following:
  frozen mango chunks (about a cup)
  coconut milk yogurt (also about a cup or less)
  alternative milk (I used an almond/chia/coconut milk blend) (about 1/2 cup)

Blend and serve! (You’ll be so glad you didn’t go to Starbucks.)
